Smart Rainwater Management
Design and delivery of 11 smart rainwater re-use systems (integrating remote monitoring and real-time control). The project was on site during the dry summer of 2018 and featured on BBC national news.
Southwark Council
Rainwater Management Systems
Development and deployment of smart rainwater tanks located in the public realm – solar/battery powered with remote monitoring and control systems.
Devon Primary School
Smart Rainwater Harvesting System Retrofit
Lead Engineer for the design and delivery of a commercial rainwater system at a school in Exmouth in collaboration with South West Water; the system is IoT enabled with remote monitoring as well as level/top-up & discharge control. The project also included co-design with pupils to develop and install a number of above ground rainwater management systems with educational aspects. The project featured on BBC News (Spotlight Southwest).
Smart City Santander
Responsible for the civil and M&E design for a series of rainwater control systems in Santander as well as Site Management during construction phase.
Remote Monitoring / Water Efficiency Study
Responsible for procurement and installation phase of 40 monitoring platforms across a series of commercial buildings. Responsible for system design, RAMS and commercial document preparation alongside overall programme management and data analysis.
